November 2018 - Present
- Biological monitoring, pre-construction surveys.

Santa Barbara Restoration
November 2020 - Present
- Removed sediment from trail.
- Installed and maintained temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs.
- Applied hydromulch to exposed soils and slopes to stabilize the trail and prevent further erosion.

- Lead Environmental Compliance for PAR electric and Geosyntec Consultants
- Performing weekly inspections to ensure NPDES compliance for the duration of pole replacement and powerline installation.

- Environmental Compliance Monitoring.
- Surveys and avoidance monitoring.for the desert tortoise
Afton Bridge
January 2021 - April 2021
- Installed 8,400 linear feet of temporary and ~4,500 linear feet of permanent desert tortoise fence on the side of the I-15 West.
- Performed daily desert tortoise monitoring on site for the complete duration of construction activities.
San Dieguito Wetlands Restoration
November 2020
- Bancroft's services led to the closing of the longest standing SWPPP in a wetland.
- Installed 700 cubic yards of rainforest blend wood mulch in the San Dieguito Wetlands.
- Achieved final stabilization according to the CGP and other regulatory requirements.
Skookumchuck Wind Energy Project
October 2019 - April 2020
- Lead environmental Compliance for construction of a 38-turbine wind farm, 115 kV substation, 115 kV 16-mile transmission line in Rainier, Washington.
- NPDES compliance for a cumulative 226 acres of disturbance area throughout the project alignment.
